Refunds: Full refunds for registration(s) will be given up to 5 days before an event. 50% of your registration fee(s) will be refunded up to 3 days before an event. No refunds can be issued after that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Minimum Registrations: All workshops require a minimum of 10 registrants. In the event that a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued. VAC reserves the right to cancel any event.
