This year we are very pleased to announce that PFB will collaborate with other community groups to expand our program and create a city-wide event. Major events will still take place at Victoria Arts Connection but with our partners we can now have important events on either side of March 15-17th weekend. The Blue Pencil Editors have been confirmed! SIGN UP FOR FREE BLUE PENCIL EDITING SESSIONS! Sessions take place all day from 9:00am-5:00pm on Saturday March 15th at VAC- included with $5 general admission.
